• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you pay for the service giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised Terms on the Services or otherwise notifying you.

Your continued use of the Services following the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance and agreement to the amendments. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent people's court where our principal place of business is located.
